By visiting infinityhealthorganics.com, placing an order, or registering as an independent distributor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase products or join our distributor programme.

2Definitions

• "Products" refers to all wellness tonics, liquids, powders, skincare and hydration products sold under the Infinity Health Organics brand.
• "Distributor" / "Member" refers to any individual who registers to resell products and/or participate in the compensation plan described on our Business Plan page.
• "BV" (Business Volume) refers to the point value assigned to each product package used to calculate commissions and rank qualification.

3Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, sizes, benefits and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content on this website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Product packaging, formulations and pricing may change from time to time without prior notice. Colours and images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography and display settings.

4Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on this website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

1. Orders placed via WhatsApp, the contact form, or any other communication channel are subject to acceptance and product availability.
2. Payment must be made in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed with our team in writing.
3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5Delivery & Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

6Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns in the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of delivery, at the customer's own courier cost.

To request a return or refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your proof of purchase and photographs of the issue where applicable. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7Health & Product Disclaimer

8Business Opportunity & Distributors

Infinity Health Organics offers an optional independent distributor programme as outlined on our Business Plan page. Participation is entirely voluntary and free of any joining fee — the only cost involved is the optional purchase of product packages for resale or personal use.

1. Distributors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or legal representatives of Infinity Health Organics.
2. Distributors are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, business registrations and compliance with local laws applicable to their activities.
3. Distributors must represent our products and business opportunity honestly and must not make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims regarding products or potential earnings.
4. Infinity Health Organics reserves the right to review, suspend, or terminate any distributor account found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in unethical conduct.

9Commissions & Earnings Disclaimer

Details of our compensation structure, including retail profit, referral income, repurchase commission, maintenance commission and rank-based bonuses, are outlined on our Business Plan page for illustrative purposes.

10Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using our website or representing our brand, you agree not to:
